At Bradford Beacon School, careers education is a developmental journey that begins in the early years and grows alongside each pupil’s communication, independence and understanding of the world. Our specialist approach recognises that preparation for adulthood starts with self-awareness, regulation and communication, before progressing towards understanding roles, responsibilities and future aspirations.

Careers learning is embedded across our EYFS, Informal, Semi-Formal and Formal pathways, aligned to individual needs and EHCP outcomes.
